Cancellation policy
- Move your date or start time at no cost up to 72 hours before the booked start, subject to the new slot being free.
- Cancel more than 72 hours before the start for a full refund of anything you have paid.
- Inside 72 hours we may already have bought perishable materials for your setup. We refund everything except those committed costs, and we tell you what they are.
