Booking a package
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Every package is booked for a specific date and start time, chosen at the time of ordering. We serve Delhi NCR only.
Changes and cancellations
You may change the date or time of your booking at no cost up to 72 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start are refunded in full. Full detail, including what happens inside 72 hours, is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payment
Payment is taken by our team on the day of your event. No card details are collected on this website. Prices shown include all setup and delivery within our service area.
On the day
Please make sure someone is available at the address at the booked time, and that our team can access the space. If we cannot access the venue at the agreed time, we may not be able to complete the setup.
Photography
We may photograph a completed setup for our own portfolio. Tell us before the day if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
